Vintage 1940s 40s Marcasite Articulated Necklace

This stunning necklace was made from a silver metal set with marcasite stones in the 1940s. The The design is arranged around a central bow motive flanked by articulate leaf shaped swirls. A Greek design chain completes the piece and the necklace closes with a spring ring clasp at the back.

Total length: 16”

The necklace is in very good condition with only some slight dulling if the metal on the chain and done loss of the silver finish on the clasp and the rear of the pendant.
