Stunning Original Late 1930s / Early 1940s Forest Green Leather Gauntlet Gloves
These gorgeous gloves were made from deep forest green leather between the late 1930s and the early 1940s. The gloves have been designed in a small gauntlet style with three lines of decorative channel stitching in a geometric design near the wrist, which gives them true Art Deco flair. This channel stitching wraps around the wrist and ends at the underside of the gloves. The wrist is pulled in with gathering at the underside and there is a curved opening on the side of each glove to make putting them on easier.
Size: fit me at a size 7 but please go by the measurements below
Cuff to longest finger: 9 1/4”
across the widest section of the palm 3 1/4”
The gloves are in very good condition with only a couple of small marks to the underside of one glove and a few loose stitches on the inside as pictured.
