This fabulous knit skirt was made in the 1940s. It comes in a stunning shade of rose pink and falls in slight A line shape. From the hip down, it features a beautiful ribbed design and the wool used creates a lovely nubby effect. The waist is elasticated for a flexible fit, with the elastic fully hidden by the knit, and the hem is integral to the knit design rather than rolled. This would pair beautifully with a simple blouse or a cardigan for a sweater set effect.
