Original Late 1930s 30s Early 1940s 40s Vintage Cream Cotton Norfolk Back Blazer
This fabulous blazer was made from heavyweight cream chore wear cotton in the late 1930s / early 1940s. The jacket has a v-neckline with a notched collar and three glass buttons down the centre. The shoulders are unpadded giving it a less extreme silhouette, similar to that seen in European styles during the 1930s. There are patch pockets to the waist as well a breast pocket in a similar design. The back of the garment is in a Norfolk style featuring an integrated belt with pleats extending down from it. The jacket is unlined and without maker’s labels.
