This gorgeous waistcoat was made from an emerald green velvet in the 1970s. It was cut in a loose fitting open fronted style and is adorned with black soutache embroidery around the front and back edges. Inside, the waistcoat is lined in acetate and has the ILGWU union label.

The waistcoat is in good condition with only a few barely noticeable marks as pictured.
