This fabulous 1940s tie is made from a silky rust rayon and features a bold atomic-style print in yellow, white, and grey. The geometric motif, including triangular and circular shapes, gives it a striking mid-century appeal, typical of the postwar design aesthetic. A rare statement piece, this tie was made by Donfield exclusively for J.W. Robinson Co., Hollywood, and is a brilliant example of the era’s more adventurous menswear.

This tie is in very good condition with just minor signs of wear and some slight discolouration at the back as pictured.
