Original 1940s 40s Vintage Red Wool Cropped Ladies Jacket

This amazing and unusual jacket was made in the 1940s from a red wool. The jacket is cut in a cute cropped style with a military influence. The jacket has the classic 1940s padded shoulders which, alongside the high waist, help achieve an hourglass silhouette. The front of the blazer is decorated with four fabric covered buttons with circular centres arranged in a double breasted style. The wing collar and open front finish off this garment beautifully.

The garment is in very good condition with only four tiny nibbles/marks as pictured.
