Original 1940s 40s Vintage Mustard Yellow Chartreuse Gabardine Blazer With Waterfall Tier Details
This beautiful blazer was made in the 1940s from a mustard yellow gabardine with a hint of chartreuse. It is cut in a classic 1940s hourglass silhouette with strong padded shoulders and a nipped waist. It features the most lovely triple notched lapel collar which leads to a single row of three buttons that fasten the jacket at the waist. Both sides of the jacket had been adorned with flattering waterfall effect tiering, starting in line with the top most button and ending at the hem. Inside, the blazer is lined in mustard yellow crepe and has a maker’s label for James Roxton as well as the National Recovery Board label stitched into the lining.

The blazer is in very good condition with only s as few grazes and marks as pictured as well as a few loose stitches to the lining.
