Original 1940s 40s Vintage Grey And Blue Striped Gabardine Skirt Suit
This unusual skirt suit was made in a grey and blue stripe gabardine in the 1940s. This piece gives us huge Adrian vibes in the way the striped fabric has been arranged at opposing angles to give contrast. The suit features a sharp dagger collar and super large curved patch pockets adorned with a line of metallic coloured buttons at the hips. The jacket also boasts a slight overhanging pleat at the shoulders and turned up cuffs with buttons. A single row of concealed buttons fasten the jacket whilst the skirt has a metal zipper and top button fastening. Inside, the jacket and skirt are both unlined and there is an illegible label to the back of the neckline.
