This amazing hat was made from finely woven black straw in the 1930s. A contrastingly textured straw is used to trim the edge of the wide brim as well as the bottom of the crown. The crown is also decorated with a wide velvet hat ribbon which is shaped into a bow at the back. Satin ties are used to secure the hat below the chin. 

The hat perches on the head and is suitable for a variety of head sizes. 


The hat is in very good condition with no issues to note.
