This beautiful dress was made from a navy blue chiffon with yellow flowers in the the 1930s. The dress has been cut in a loose style so typical of the early 1930s, it feels like it has stepped straight out of a Poirot film. It is sheer and we highly recommend wearing a slip below unless you are very brave. The dress features an integrated cape which delicately drapes around the shoulders and the back. At the back of the neckline there is a fastening with two fabric covered buttons and loops. The front of the neckline features a tie fastening and fabric ruffle as well as three decorative flowers, two in a matching fabric and one in contrasting red chiffon.

The dress is in very good condition and it has been professionally repaired in places.
