This stunning hat was made from black felt in the 1930s. It was fashioned in an unusual design with a very high crown and a medium brim to the front and sides of the hat. The back is in brimmed and sits flush with the crown. A large grosgrain bow adorns the right side of the crown to add a wonderful detail. Inside, there is a hat band as well as elastic to keep the hat in place.

 

As the hat is designed to perch loosely on the head, it is suitable for a variety of head sizes.

 

The hat is in very good condition with only some slight marking and fraying to the bow.
