This lightweight rain coat was made from a silk cotton mix in the 1950s. As you would expect the coat comes in a wrap over style with a double button closure to the bodice. The fabric covered waist belt cinches in the waist to give it shape and definition. The coat also boasts wing cuffs and is unlined inside making it the perfect coat for spring/summer.
Bust: 48”
Waist: 46” but belt settings at 32 1/2” to 36”
Hips: 60”
Length: 43” plus 2 1/2” hem
The coat is in good condition, however it has some pulled threads, wear to the belt buckle, a stain to the back and some watermarks to the cuffs.
