This gorgeous coat was made in the 1960s from black velvet textured to imitate astrakhan fur. It was cut in the classic loose style of the period and features a beautiful brown fur collar. Three large buttons fasten the coat at the front and functional slit pockets add a practical detail. Inside, the coat is lined in sumptuous black satin and has a maker’s label for Winter with the cutest little penguin in it.
