Amazing Huge 1930s Vintage Mother Of Pearl Belt Buckle

This fabulous belt buckle was made in the late 1930s / early 1940s from mother of pearl in a wonderfully iridescent cream shade. A carved swirl runs across the centre of the buckle with a grey mother of pearl centre decoration. Metal fittings have been attached to the back to fit onto a fabric belt. This is a real statement buckle with a great large size. 

Size: 3 1/4” x 2 1/4”

The buckle is in good condition, however there is a chip to one of the inner corners and some rust to the metal fittings as pictured.
