This stunning sweater was hand knitted in the 1940s from mottled brown wool. It features a wonderful twisted cable knit design on the centre front of the jumper and a roll neck collar to keep you snuggly and warm. The collar can be worn fully up or turned down and decorative knit edges finish off the hem and sleeve cuffs beautifully. This garment has all the land girl style of the war time period and would look stunning worn with cords or breeches.
