This gorgeous hat was made from black felt in the 1940s. It is designed to hat a shallow crown allowing it to perch at a jaunty angle on the wearer’s head. The wide brim of the hat has been decorated with a braided grosgrain trim matching the grosgrain ribbon adorning the crown.
