Exquisite Original 1930s Vintage Apple Green Lace Knit Sweater Set
This exceptional knit set was made in the 1930s from vibrant apple green wool fashioned into an exquisite lace knit pattern depicting fan shapes. The suit follows the classically elegant lines of the early 1930s with its flattering longer length skirt and slim cut silhouette. The boat cut neckline adds to the understated elegance of the piece and draws the eye to the incredible statement sleeves, which are open at the shoulder giving a peak of the wearer’s skin. The hem of the sweater is finished in rib stitch to allow it to fit tightly to the wearer’s waist and the matching skirt is elasticated at the waist.
