This cute shirt coat was made in the early 1950s from dusty pink wool. It was cut in the classic short coat style of the period with gently padded shoulders and a relaxed fit below. The collarless neckline draws the eye to the beautiful feature button that fastens the coat at the neck and large patch pockets add a practical element. This coat will be perfect for the changing seasons, light enough to not feel like winter yet but warm enough to keep the chill out. Inside, it is lined in sumptuous pink satin and has the collectible Juilliard maker’s label.
