Incredible Original 1940s 40s Vintage Emerald Green Swing Coat
This stunning coat was made from emerald green wool in the 1940s. It was cut in a classic swing coat style with strong padded shoulders and a loose fit below. The small sharp collar has been adorned with soft coney fur which has been mirrored on the large French cuffs which fasten with poppers. Four oversized plastic buttons fasten the coat at the front and there are functional slit pockets at the waist. The large shoulder yolk emphasises the strong shoulder line further adds to the strong silhouette. Inside, the coat is lined in satin with a winterised wool interlining.

The coat is in good condition, however there some nibbles and faint marks as pictured. There is also some wear to the edges of the fur, some loose stitching at the sleeve lining and a hole at the bottom of the lining.
