Original 1940s 40s Vintage Cream Silk Blouse With Offset Double Buttons
This wonderful blouse was made from a cream silk in the 1940s. The blouse is cut with a high neckline and small wing collar. Clever darting at the shoulders, waist and back of the neckline gives the blouse structure. The front of the blouse is decorated with three pairs of offset mother of pearl buttons and large double buttoned turn up cuffs finish off the piece in style. Inside, the blouse has a maker’s label for Josselyne Paris. This blouse would be perfect worn with a fabulous 1940s suit or more casually with a skirt or trousers.

The blouse is in very good condition, however there are two pin holes as well as some wear on the collar. One of the cuff buttons is missing, but will include a close matching replacement.
