Incredible 1940s 40s Vintage Black Wasp Waist Femme Fatale Suit With Button Details

This incredible suit was made from black gabardine in the 1940s. It is cut in a classic 1940s style with strong padded shoulders and a tightly nipped wasp waist. The huge pockets at the hip give them jacket hem a padded effect, further enhancing the tiny waist. The jacket also features a super sharp dagger collar with a buttonhole at each tip and it fastens with a single row of three fabric covered buttons at the waist. Inside, the jacket is lined in black rayon and is without maker’s labels. The rear vent of the skirt is decorated with matching buttons and it fastens with a metal side zipper and double button closure above.
