This wonderful jumper was made from an iridescent cotton rayon mix yarn in the 1920s. The v-neckline is highlighted with a pale blue line which is also seen in parallel stripes surrounding the cuffs of the three quarter length sleeves and the hem of the jumper. The design of this fabulous jumper is inspired by a casual sailing theme that was so popular in the 1920s and is timeless is its styling.

The jumper is in splendid condition for its age and colour, there are a couple of super light stains to the front, which are only visible under very strong light. The points where the threads have been tied off are visible and there appears to be a skipped stitch at the front.
