Stunning Original 1930 30s Vintage Czech Milk Glass Belt Buckle

This incredible belt buckle was made from glass in the 1930s. Each half consists of a bevelled central pieces of milk glass with a pressed silver glass surround. They are in fact made from a single piece of glass but with different finishes applied. The two halves hook together in the centre with a large gold  metal hook and eye. There are gold herald loops in each half to feed the fabric through and they have been stamped Czechoslovakia to denote their origin.

The buckle is in very good condition with only some warping to the metal fabric loops as pictured. There are also a few small chips to the glass at the back but these are not visible from the front.
